1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number (from WhatsApp), the products you order and your payment preference.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by our payment provider through a secure link. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Website data: basic technical information collected by our website host and WordPress/WooCommerce, such as cookies needed for the site to work.
3. Stored on your device
To make shopping easier, this website remembers your basket and, if you fill in the order form, your delivery details in your own browser (local storage). This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you send your order on WhatsApp. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.
4. How we use it
- To process, deliver and follow up on your order.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We will only send you promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

- Courier companies, to deliver your order.
- Our payment provider, to process card payments.
- Our website host and service providers, who help us run the shop.

6. WhatsApp
Orders and chats take place on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal requirements (for example, tax and accounting records), and then delete or anonymise them.
8. Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we process it. Contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
